Important Pricing Information
In the face of constant increases in
costs from our suppliers, we have maintained our prices without
change for the last three years. However, we have finally had to
bow to the inevitable and reluctantly announce a price increase
on all products, including spare parts. Because we are
continuing to absorb the bulk of these cost rises, partly
through improved efficiencies in production, we have managed to
keep the price rise down to an average of only 5%. This will
apply to all orders placed on or after May 1st 2011. A new
Retail Price List is now available in the
Download section of the website and, if you are on the
e-Shot list, you will get a copy in your Inbox as soon as is
possible.
New Products
Our new
eCold
undercounter chiller range is the most energy-efficient range of
cabinets in it's class. Each model replaces a direct equivalent
within our current range (which will be phased out over the
course of this year). They boast a variety of energy-saving
features, many of which have been tried and tested in the
outgoing 300, 500 and 2200 models, such as LED lighting,
low-voltage fan motors and maintenance-free condensers.
Our range of specialist milk chillers keeps growing. Have a look
at the tiny CM1M - the smallest way to chill 3 litres of milk in
a proper, stainless steel refrigerator.

Website tweaks
We've given the whole site a gentle overhaul. You should still
find everything in the same places as before but it should now
all load up more smoothly. Best viewed at minimum 1024 wide, the
site should be fully compatible with the following browsers (IE7 or 8, Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari);
please let us know if you have any problems.

Our e-Shot is designed to keep you up to date on all the latest
stuff. It is available via e-mail (click here to sign up)
. The eShot Archive will be unavailable for a short while until
the site update is completed
Exhibition News
If you want to meet us in person, or touch and feel our products,
we can be found at a number of exhibitions every year. Come and
see the latest developments to the range and our newest
additions. Our next trip out is:
Hospitality 2011 - Thank you to everyone who came to see us at Birmingham's NEC
in January.
We were exhibiting at Hospitality for the first time and it
seemed to be a great success. We had a wide selection of chillers on display, from both our
eCold range and our
specialist milk chiller range.
Previous Shows
Hotelympia 2010 - This
was held at London's ExCel once more and a big thank you to
everyone who came to visit either of our stands. There was a lot
of interest in our new
eCold chillers
and our range of milk chillers.
Caffé Culture 2010 -
This year the show also played host to the Barista World
Championships, taking over London's
Olymia from 23rd to 25th June. Again, thank you to all our
visitors.
Environment
Visit the Environment section for information about how Osborne
Refrigerators limit our impact on the environment - our new
office buildings for example, by making the most of available
natural light, have cut our lighting requirements to less than
20% of that in our old offices.
New hydrocarbon refrigerants available - contact the Sales
Office for more information.
Old Osborne chillers can still be collected free of charge when
your new one is delivered.
